Clients retain full ownership of all footage, media, and materials they provide to MediaSolutions.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership and usage rights to the final delivered video(s). MediaSolutions retains ownership of any project files, templates, workflows, and proprietary editing methods used in the creation process unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MediaSolutions may display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement has been established prior to project commencement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content they provide. MediaSolutions is not liable for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.
